GEFASOFT offers you a variety of opportunities to start your career. Our apprenticeships in the technical or commercial field lay the foundation for your professional future. You can expect a practical training, which does not only take place in the training workshop. You can be hands-on right from the start. We will always give you exciting tasks and individual support. At GEFASOFT you can try out your skills freely and thus further develop and contribute your personal strengths. To promote team spirit among our trainees, we also organize regular events such as trainee excursions or trainee barbecues.

We offer a wide range of apprenticeships. These include

There are no formal requirements to start an apprenticeship at GEFASOFT. Our priority is that you bring passion and interest for your desired field, are fun and ambitious in what you do and are happy to become part of our team.

The duration of an apprenticeship is based on the general requirements of the IHK. A shortening of the training is possible in certain cases.

We offer our apprentices attractive remuneration. Of course, the remuneration increases from apprenticeship year to apprenticeship year.

There are no fixed deadlines, nevertheless the earlier the better, as we only have a limited number of positions available. For an apprenticeship at GEFASOFT, an application at least 3 months before the desired start date is ideal.

Our trainees are entitled to 30 days of vacation/year just like our full-time employees.

The dual study program in Production and Automation Technology (Bachelor of Engineering, B.Eng.)at OTH Regensburg is specifically designed to prepare you for the challenges and opportunities in modern industry. By combining academic content with practical experience directly in the company, you will not only be equipped with comprehensive knowledge, but will also acquire valuable professional skills and competencies in a promising field that will enable you to hit the ground running as an engineer at GEFASOFT.

The accompanying training as a mechatronics engineer (IHK) will deepen your technical understanding and enable you to test theoretical concepts directly in practical applications. You will learn how to design, build and maintain complex automation systems and gain insights into the latest technologies in automation and production engineering. This combination of study and training will optimally prepare you for a career at GEFAOFT, where engineering, technology and innovation take center stage.
