Enabling next generation head-up-display systems

A webinar was given on innovations in test technology for future HUD systems

Together with Eastman, GEFASOFT presented the next generation head-up display technology in a webinar and introduced solutions for the challenges posed to quality assurance by the long virtual image distances (LVID).

In his presentation to an international expert audience, the product manager Jonathan Guthmann showed how GEFASOFT's test systems and test benches are prepared for long virtual image distances > 7.5m with simultaneously increased resolution requirements. These long LVID are essential for augmented reality head-up display systems.
