LASER LABELING

Laser labeling refers to labeling or marking objects using a focused laser beam. Unlike laser printing, where only the application of pigment is controlled, laser labeling directly alters the material surface.
Advantages:
- Permanent, abrasion- and chemical-resistant
- High precision even for the smallest codes (QR, DataMatrix)
- Ideal for traceability and serial numbers
- Fully automatable in production lines

Laser cleaning enables contactless removal of contaminants such as oxides or residues using a focused laser beam, without affecting the base material.
In laser structuring, defined micro- and macro-structures are created through precise processing in order to specifically modify the functional properties of the surface.
Typical applications:
- Cleaning joining surfaces to prepare for adhesive bonding or welding processes
- Removing injection molding residues (mold cleaning)
- Structuring to improve adhesion or friction properties
