Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d)
We need your support for this
- You identify new markets, develop strategies for customer acquisition, and consistently implement them.
- You provide expert technical advice, understand customer requirements, and develop suitable B2B solutions together with the engineering team.
- You manage the entire sales process – from initial contact and proposal generation to contract negotiation.
- You strategically expand and sustainably cultivate existing customer relationships.
- You monitor the market, analyze competitors, and contribute ideas for the further development of our portfolio.
- You maintain a strong presence – with customers, at trade fairs, and events.
What you bring to the table
- You have a degree in industrial engineering or a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics) – or a solid technical or commercial education with a strong understanding of technical and economic contexts.
- You have professional experience in technical sales – ideally in plant engineering, automation, or industrial image processing.
- You think entrepreneurially, are strong in closing deals, and are eager to take on personal responsibility.
- You communicate clearly, act confidently, and enjoy interacting with customers.
- You are proactive, persistent, and motivated to explore new avenues.
- You have very good German language skills – good English language skills are an advantage.
- You hold a Class B driving license and are willing to travel domestically and internationally.
