For more than 20 years, GEFASOFT has been manufacturing laser systems for various laser process applications.

Core processes are plastic and metal welding, laser marking as well as laser cleaning, which in combination with our in-house image processing platform become fast, flexible and precise tools of modern automation.

Our in-house laser laboratory enables us to advise our customers right from the start. GEFASOFT can support you during the development phase in product design, feasibility studies, process development and pre-series production.

Our goal is smooth and fully automated series production on one of our four system platforms and special solutions:

• Shutter systems
• Conveyor systems
• Project and customer-specific special solutions

All our platforms are built to customer specifications and can thus be adapted to almost any requirements - also with regard to further integrative automation processes. Likewise, integration into production lines, as well as manual / semi-automatic or automatic solution is possible.
This is where our wide-ranging experience in the automation environment is beneficial: In addition to simple operation, GEFASOFT systems are characterized by compact dimensions, high process density and maximum reliability. Furthermore, a wide range of options are available with regard to image processing, MES connection or further assembly, joining and feeding processes.

GEFASOFT laser welding systems are equipped with quick-change product fixtures and tools wherever possible. This makes them flexible, future-oriented and investment-proof.
