Our employees are engineers and technicians of all disciplines, mechatronics engineers, machinists, mathematicians, physicists, electricians and business economists. They are supported by numerous student trainees, apprentices and interns who are also firmly integrated into our teams.

Our contribution to a climate-friendly future
We are actively implementing measures to help create a climate-friendly future.
Our 44 geothermal boreholes are 70 meters deep. They enable us to heat and cool the building in a CO2-friendly way. As a result, we can almost completely dispense with supplementary gas heating and thus significantly reduce our CO2 emissions - and, incidentally, we have a pleasant indoor climate for our employees. In addition, we are currently examining the installation of a photovoltaic system on the roof of our production hall.
We support our employees in their efforts to act in a climate-friendly manner. By offering them various options for choosing a sustainable commute. For example, we offer our employees the opportunity to use a company bicycle. Furthermore, we have installed e-charging stations to facilitate the use of electric vehicles.
In addition, we offer our employees the RVV Job-Ticket plus to support the use of public transport. In this way, we want to create an incentive to leave one's own car behind more often and use more environmentally friendly means of transport instead. In addition, we support our employees with the Deutschland-Ticket-Job to enable sustainable mobility beyond the region.
We are also developing technologies that enable significant energy savings in production per component or piece. You will find more about this soon under News. The promotion of sustainability is close to our hearts. We will continue to strive to find innovative solutions and continuously improve our sustainability efforts.
